News Update

An exciting first weekend of cricket saw a couple of inter club games that gave lots of opportunity for some game practice. The highlight was on Sunday with a maiden ton for U15 Freddie Long whose 103 fulfilled the potential we all knew he had.

On Saturday there were good contributions from the juniors including Tom Wells (41) who carried on from his excellent 2020. Sid Nash bowled well for his 2 – 18 as did  Freddie Long (2 – 21).

Sunday was a day for the batters with Freddie's hundred and brother  Harry Long also batting well for 46. Sid Nash made 39 and Andrew Hancock scored a well-made 29. Charlie Dyke scored his first 50 with 54 retired

We'll be starting a new group for younger children on Wednesday 14th April from 4:30 to 5:15. Please pass on this news to anyone you know who have children interested in joining this group as well as any of the older teams. The full training schedule is on the right of this page.
